How to Submit a Guest Post
Email us at rolyne@wyzerstaffing.com with 2–3 topic ideas you’d like to write about.
Please make sure your ideas are:
- Original
- Specific and relevant to our categories
- Valuable to marketers, business owners, or creators
If you’ve written for other sites, feel free to include 1–2 writing samples.
We’ll review your pitch and respond with feedback — sometimes we may suggest an improved angle to ensure the topic fits our audience.

We will evaluate your ideas based on relevance, originality, and usefulness. If approved, you can proceed to write your article.

Write Your Article
Once a topic is approved, you can begin writing your draft.
Please follow the guidelines below to ensure your article meets our publishing standards.
✔ Content Relevance
Your article should align with one of our main content categories:
- Digital Marketing
SEO, social media, paid ads, email marketing, analytics, CRO, and industry-specific marketing (law firms, real estate, SaaS, healthcare, finance, education, tourism) - Business & Entrepreneurship
Business growth, leadership, productivity, online business models, strategy - Content & Branding
Blogging, storytelling, copywriting, brand identity, design, UX - Case Studies & Expert Insights
Breakdowns, success stories, trend analysis, data-driven insights
We only accept articles that provide real value, actionable advice, or unique insights.
✔ Original & Human-Written Content
- Must be 100% original and unpublished
- No AI-generated, AI-spun, or paraphrased content
- No recycled content from other blogs or guest posts
We check all submissions for originality.
✔ Keyword Requirements
Each article must target one main keyword with:
- Keyword Difficulty: 40 or below
- Monthly Search Volume: 1,000+
Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
✔ Word Count
Your article should be 1,000–1,500 words.
Longer posts may be accepted if the topic needs more depth.
✔ Formatting for Readability
Please structure your article clearly:
- Use H2s and H3s for sections
- Keep paragraphs 2–4 lines each
- Use bullet points, lists, and examples
- Include a clear introduction and conclusion
- Add screenshots or images when helpful (optional)
✔ Tone & Style
Write in a tone that is:
- Conversational but professional
- Insightful and helpful
- Expert-driven without being overly technical
We aim for content that educates without sounding promotional.
✔ Internal & External Linking
- Link to at least two relevant pages from your website
(These will be do-follow links.) - Include credible external sources (stats, studies, research, reports)
- No excessive linking — keep it natural and useful
❌ What We Don’t Accept
- Promotional, salesy, or affiliate-heavy content
- AI-spun or duplicate content
- Links to low-quality, adult, gambling, or irrelevant sites
- Thin content without actionable value

After you submit your draft:
- Our editorial team will review and suggest revisions if needed.
